Terms of service

By using Zeze you agree to these terms. If you sign up or use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it. The service is provided by SEEKING PTE. LTD. (Singapore UEN 202308485E).

1. Accounts and organizations

  • Sign up with a real email address you control; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • An organization's owner and admins manage its members, permissions and settings. During the public beta, new organizations open after our review.
  • You can delete your account at any time (see section 7 of the privacy policy); an organization's owner can delete the organization.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, spam, malware, infringing others' rights, unauthorized access to others' data, or disrupting the service. We may suspend accounts or organizations that do.

3. Your content

You and your organization own the content you create and upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to provide, maintain and protect the service (for example storing, transmitting, indexing for search, and passing content to AI when you ask).

4. AI features

  • AI you authorize acts as you; what it does within that authorization counts as your action. Set "automatic / ask me / never" as you need.
  • AI output can be wrong. Verify anything important.

5. Cross-organization collaboration

Once two organizations connect, each is responsible for what its own members send. Either side can disconnect at any time.

6. Fees

Everything is free during the public beta. Before we start charging we will publish prices and terms in advance and give you time to choose; we will not charge you without your agreement.

7. The service

We work to keep the service reliable but make no specific availability commitment during the beta. We may change, add or remove features and will give notice of significant changes.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account or organization for breach of these terms, security risk, or legal requirement. For termination not caused by a breach, we will give notice and a chance to export data.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim (zero during the beta).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Singapore law, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes; continued use means you accept them. Contact: [email protected].
